Meeting each other at Ibiza, a wedding proposal six months after… I had the pleasure of organizing this wedding in less than six months. What a joy to work with this lovely couple. Rob & Kim’ s love just was unstoppable from the start and all they wanted was to celebrate they found love. At a beautiful castle, including a night’s stay for all guests. We created the ultimate romantic wedding with Italian allure. Live music during the ceremony and cocktail hour, champagne tower, beautiful stationery and the most exclusive blooms. A memorable party followed with DJ, percussion and surprise live act from the groom’s favourite singer. The pictures speak for themselves. And if one year later on the exact date of the wedding their firstborn is expected…. oh well, I guess fairytales do exist!

In the afterglow of summer, this August wedding unfolded with quiet confidence, warmth and refined ease. A couple from the United States (with roots in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom) chose the timeless Buitenplaats Amerongen as the setting for their sophisticated yet relaxed celebration.

True to their personality, the day felt thoughtful yet easygoing. Deep, rich tones of brown, navy, green and soft white framed a heartfelt ceremony with live piano music. The toast began with a champagne tower, and later an espresso martini table officially launched the party, setting the mood for a night that was stylish, vibrant and impossible to leave.

We did not really have a set vision of how we wanted our wedding to be, after a few conversations with Maria it became clear that her extensive experience would help guide and advise us of how to achieve the perfect day.

And the ‘Perfect Day’ is the only way to describe our wedding. To all of the prep and organization leading up to the big day, to the on the day management of every single detail, to the incredible communication style and quickness of every decision, Maria came through and delivered.

Set against the soft light of the season, this December wedding unfolded just after Christmas, wrapped in warmth, intimacy and elegance. A couple from the United Kingdom, now living in the Netherlands, chose the historic West-Indisch Huis in Amsterdam as the setting for a celebration that felt both cozy and refined.

Rich, seasonal tones created a welcoming winter atmosphere, perfectly suited to the time of year. The toast began with a champagne tower, setting a celebratory tone that continued throughout the evening. After dinner, a generous giant tiramisu replaced the traditional wedding cake — a playful and personal touch that delighted guests.

As the night unfolded, the celebration transformed into a true party. Fun props helped kick off the dance floor energy, while a photobooth quickly became a favorite among guests. Intimate, joyful and full of character, this winter wedding was a beautiful reflection of warmth, connection and celebration.

A sun-kissed May wedding in the heart of Amsterdam, celebrating a couple from the U.S. with a deep love for travel and meaningful places. They chose the historic West-Indisch Huis (a location with strong ties to New York) as the perfect setting to say I do.

Surrounded by colorful florals, a relaxed atmosphere and the sounds of a live jazz trio, the celebration felt effortlessly personal. To complete the experience, we curated intimate side events for their guests, including a private canal cruise and a visit to the Keukenhof. Every detail reflected who they are: warm, curious and completely themselves.

Set against the soft light of the season, this October wedding embraced refinement, atmosphere and understated elegance. A Dutch–New Zealand couple welcomed an international group of guests to Groot Warnsborn in Arnhem for a celebration rooted in detail and intention.

A clean palette of white and green, accented with subtle plum tones, set a calm and elegant foundation. Flowing fabrics added movement and softness, while personal details (such as arcade games and thoughtfully curated design elements) created moments of surprise throughout the day.

The celebration was completed with a giant pavlova topped with kiwi and raspberries, served as the wedding cake in a beautiful nod to New Zealand traditions. The result was a celebration that felt timeless, thoughtful and deeply personal. Effortless elegance with meaning woven into every detail. This October wedding had it all.

Maria is an absolute super star! She brought our vision to life and we couldn’t have done it without her. I’ll admit I can be a bit picky, but she was so attentive, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. She understood what we had in mind and made sure it could happen!

From the very beginning, we wanted the planning process to be fun rather than stressful, and that’s exactly what Maria delivered. She found the perfect location and vendors, kept everything organised, and made each step feel easy and enjoyable. We always felt confident that she had everything under control.

The wedding day itself was incredible. The best day ever! I know Maria and her assistant, Sally May, were working hard behind the scenes, but to us and our guests, it all felt effortless. Everything flowed beautifully, and so many people commented on how seamless and well-coordinated the day was.

Our wedding was everything we had hoped for and more, beautiful, joyful, and completely “us.” We’re so thankful to Maria for turning our ideas into reality and for making the entire experience such a happy and memorable one. We’ll always look back on our day with so much love and gratitude for her incredible work.

Brasilian warmth in a typical cold Dutch winter! I was introduced into this amazing challenge to organise a wedding in 30 days for the lovely Juliana & Cesar. What a joy it was working with this couple! They were beyond in love and wanted to celebrate this beautiful love in Amsterdam. Getting married in Holland turned into a fairytale: an intimate wedding next to the Amsterdam canals, celebrating love with their children and dear friends. There was live music incorporated into the ceremony, a spontaneous act from their children Guilherme and Melissa and a live Instagram stream with their beloved ones in Brasil who couldn’t join them in Amsterdam, so everyone could get a glimpse of this lovestory. Dutch aspects were incorporated into the whole day: typical Dutch tulips, bike photo’s and a boattour through the canals. January never started more lovely than this..

Set during an unseasonably warm May weekend, this wedding was a celebration rooted in connection, energy and shared joy. A couple based in the United States (with Dutch roots) returned to Utrecht to gather their closest friends and family for a day centered entirely around celebrating together.

They exchanged vows, followed by an iconic photo session at Karel V. Every element was intentionally chosen, reflecting how deeply they value the people around them and the experience of celebrating as one. As evening fell, the celebration took on a life of its own. The black-tie, monochrome dress code created a striking atmosphere at Mereveld, followed by a surprise second entrance with bubble guns that brought instant energy to the room. The dance floor remained alive until the early hours: passionate, energetic and full of joy.

Maria was absolutely AMAZING to work with. She was exactly the wedding planner that we needed while trying to plan a wedding internationally. The end result was amazing! There was not a single hiccup on our wedding day and everything went smoothly. We loved every second of it.

From the start, Maria would actively listen to our desires and paired us with all the right vendors for our vision come to life. She was collaborative and thoughtful, and with her fun and calm demeanor, while taking away any stresses we had from being overwhelmed.

Without her, we would have never found our amazing photographer, videographer, florist and even a wonderful vendor for the photo booth (which received a surprising amount of compliments). Her design input was showcased across the whole wedding, everything from the sign creations to the table styling. I also loved her idea of repurposing our ceremony flowers for the table decor!

During the day of the wedding, her and her assistant were present, organized, helpful, and overall a joy to have around; without being overbearing or in the way at all. She even came prepared with her own ’emergency’ kit for the wedding that definitely came in handy! Throughout the chaos of the wedding day, she remained cool, calm, and collected and remembered details of the wedding we wanted to have happen, even in moments we forgot!

Our friends and family appreciated her help and also complimented how beautiful, smooth and organized our wedding was. I truly cannot express my gratitude enough for Maria. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend her services for any party or wedding!! THANK YOU MARIA!!!!! You made our wedding day a beautiful, special memory we will never forget.
