Mereveld | mei bruiloft
Tijdens een onverwacht warm weekend in mei vierden Alex & Ciara hun bruiloft, volledig in het teken van verbinding en samen zijn. Dit koppel, woonachtig in de Verenigde Staten maar met Nederlandse roots, keerde terug naar Utrecht om samen met hun meest dierbare vrienden en familie een dag te beleven die volledig draaide om samen vieren.
De dag startte met een iconische fotoshoot bij Karel V. Hierna reisden het gezelschap af naar Mereveld in Utrecht. Over elk detail van hun grote dag was nagedacht en weerspiegelde hoe belangrijk de mensen om hen heen en het vieren van de liefde voor hen zijn. Naarmate de avond vorderde, kreeg het feest steeds meer energie. De black-tie, monochrome dresscode zorgde voor een enorm tof decor bij Mereveld, waarna een verrassende tweede opkomst met bubble guns de toon zette voor een onvergetelijke avond. De dansvloer bleef gevuld tot in de vroege uurtjes, vol energie en plezier.

Maria was absolutely AMAZING to work with. She was exactly the wedding planner that we needed while trying to plan a wedding internationally. The end result was amazing! There was not a single hiccup on our wedding day and everything went smoothly. We loved every second of it.
From the start, Maria would actively listen to our desires and paired us with all the right vendors for our vision come to life. She was collaborative and thoughtful, and with her fun and calm demeanor, while taking away any stresses we had from being overwhelmed.
Without her, we would have never found our amazing photographer, videographer, florist and even a wonderful vendor for the photo booth (which received a surprising amount of compliments). Her design input was showcased across the whole wedding, everything from the sign creations to the table styling. I also loved her idea of repurposing our ceremony flowers for the table decor!
During the day of the wedding, her and her assistant were present, organized, helpful, and overall a joy to have around; without being overbearing or in the way at all. She even came prepared with her own ’emergency’ kit for the wedding that definitely came in handy! Throughout the chaos of the wedding day, she remained cool, calm, and collected and remembered details of the wedding we wanted to have happen, even in moments we forgot!
Our friends and family appreciated her help and also complimented how beautiful, smooth and organized our wedding was. I truly cannot express my gratitude enough for Maria. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend her services for any party or wedding!! THANK YOU MARIA!!!!! You made our wedding day a beautiful, special memory we will never forget.
